This is a very unique project both in size (boutique building) and location. There are not many nice condos in the area, but it is located right beside Merrick Park making it a perfect fit for anyone that loves the feel of a small building while still living in a walkable areas with shopping and dining options at their front door. Condos in this project also come fully finished unique finishes and the building is WELL certified.
