Quadro is a 12-story development consisting of two towers. It was created by ALTA Developers and designed by Behar Font & Partners. The sixth-floor amenity and pool deck level connect the two towers. Quadro is known for being the first Avante-Garde residences to incorporate over 540 custom pieces by Chilean artist, Art with DNA, throughout the entire building. The project was completed in 2019 and offers a total of 198 residences, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. The sizes of these units range from 548 to 1,280 square feet. Additionally, the spacious balconies offer breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, Bay Point, and the Downtown Miami skyline.
