It was designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and features interiors by Cotofana Designs. Originally intended as an apartment tower, it now offers a total of 704 units with studio to three-bedroom floor plans. The units at Elser Hotel & Residences are fully furnished and finished, boasting 9-foot-2-inch ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning views. Each unit also includes a balcony, porcelain wood-grain tiles, and select residences have a built-in washer and dryer. The custom Italian designed kitchen features quartz counters and stainless steel appliances.
