The Elser Hotel & Residences is a 47-story building created by Property Markets Group (PMG) and Greybrook Partners. It was designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and features interiors by Cotofana Designs. Originally intended as an apartment tower, it now offers a total of 704 units with studio to three-bedroom floor plans.
The units at Elser Hotel & Residences are fully furnished and finished, boasting 9-foot-2-inch ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning views. Each unit also includes a balcony, porcelain wood-grain tiles, and select residences have a built-in washer and dryer. The custom Italian designed kitchen features quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. Other notable features include smart keyless entry, a smart thermostat, frameless glass-enclosed showers, custom Italian vanities, a modern matte black kitchen, and fully built-out California-style closets.
Residents of The Elser Hotel & Residences can enjoy a range of amenities. The lobby includes a cocktail bar and restaurant called Jaguar Sun®. The building also features a double-height amenity deck spanning over 19,000 square feet, offering panoramic views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. Throughout the common areas, there are curated art installations and green walls. The resort-style pool measures 132 feet and is accompanied by private lounge areas. There is also a 16-foot-long poolside screening LED wall. For entertainment, residents can make use of the sky entertainment lounge and grilling terrace, which includes eight grills. Additionally, there is a two-level co-working Lab with 11 reservable conference rooms, as well as a coffee lounge provided by Cafe Domino®.
