We are continuing our pre-construction series with Baltus House, located at 4300 Biscayne Blvd.

This is a brand new project that has been announced recently.

There isn’t a whole lot of information out there on this project yet, but we will share whatever we have available right now. Please note that most of the images are still preliminary and the design could still change.

No, this is not a South Beach condo, but since there are so many new developments happening within a stone’s throw of South Beach, we feel like we should inform you of the options that are available to you outside of South Beach.

Baltus House is a condo buildinglocated on the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. Directly to the east you have a private gated community of single family homes called Bay Point which is bordered to the east by Biscayne Bay. This means that all east facing units on higher floors will be able to enjoy unobstructed Bay Views.
